I am confused with the acceptance of the deliverables which is done twice first during the process of validate scope, second during the process of closing the project. So I want to know the difference

To make it more simple for you: In Validate Scope, the deliverable is tested for it conformance to requirement and usually done by the customer or the sponsor. However, in a project , typically if its an Agile methodology, you deliver part by part and all these part deliverables are are being tested at the validate scope. You don't go to Closure for all the part deliverable to get it tested by the client! Finally, at the close project, once all the deliverables are accepted, then you get a sign-off for the complete product. Saving Changes...
