Can Video Games Be Used to Teach Project Management Concepts?

Do you think city-building video games (such as Simcity, Cities:Skylines and Civ 4) and similar games can be used to teach project management concepts such as resource management and risk management? Why or why not?

I believe More and more ludic activities will be incorporated into teaching in project management. Minecraft it a a excelent example.
Why?
several neuroscience study has shown that the most effective and faster model for learning is gamification so linking it to teach project manager will be the future, its my personal opinion. we will see some changes on this field
