Good IIL white paper on benefits realization

I received an email from the International Institute for Learning's to download Dr. Harold Kerzner's white paper entitled Benefits Realization and Value Management.

I found it quite comprehensive and thorough. I highly recommend it.

Stephane, thank you for sharing. No matter I was part of the group of authors of the PMI guide on BRM at the very begining let me say that the best you can find about the matter is inside Axelos models (MoV, MoP, MoR) and INCOSE:
