Dear Robert, during new project idea conception and communication or "Project Selection", there are a few templates that are commonly used in just about all of the various project management models. Examples can include: Project Request, Requirements Overview, Business Case, Project Proposal, Project Selection Scorecard, Project Selection Checklist, etc. Typically, the Project Proposal is reviewed with Stakeholders along with the other templates, if needed, as attachments to the Project Proposal. Many of these templates are easy to find on the web. I would be happy to email you the above templates that are part of our Processes On Demand template library. Kindly post back your email or contact me directly. Cheers. -- Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International Saving Changes...

Dear Mark,
If you still have the 'Project Selection Scorecard' and 'Project Selection Checklist' templates, I would be most appreciative if you could forward those to me. Do these apply to IT project selection and prioritization? Thank you! Saving Changes...

I'd like to say in this case, a project proposal should be highly tailored to your audience. Don't take the template at face value. If I am presenting to an executive, it's in powerpoint, it's less then 4 slides and I have a document full of supporting models, technical and business, to dive into if necessary,
It's one of the know your audience type things.

I agree and believe this document template can only be used for your guidance as to designing your own proposal format with inclusions and exclusions from these templates.
