Can someone guide me how to do Reserve Analysis for estimating activities duration

Hi Tam, Depending upon the type of estimation technique you use for estimating duration, you have to analyze what would be a reserve that you would want to set for that activity. Since each estimation technique has a some level of uncertainty (risk) involved & you want to be successful(finish on time), you will add a management reserve if the risks involved have unknown probability/impact and contingency reserve if you are accepting known risk. Thank for your answering, I know Reserve Analysis has multi-tool to deal with the various issue. I mean which industries, situation, risks are used for the matched tool.
