How best can I use a logical framework model in designing an M& E system for a humanitarian project

From my perspective, the best way to utilize this technique is to start as the conceptual phase of planning. Create a matrix or two that describes your proposed project using temporal logic. As an example, when you define the purpose of your project, you will need both outcomes and metrics to determine the level of your success. If your purpose is well-stated, and you follow your plan, evaluated by your metrics (Assuming they are sound), then you should be on track to reach your desired outcome outcome
