Christina,
If you are eligible for PMP exam as per criteria in PMI you can start preparing for that.
If you are working in Service Oriented engagements(eg;IT Support projects) and want to build a career in that you can go for that. If the projects that you work on are following scrum approach/if you are interested in building scrum knowledge/if you are working in a product company then you may want to do the CSM. It depends on whats your aspiration, the career prospects that are unfolding for you and to some extend what is needed for you to grow to the next level Saving Changes...

I would suggest you to go for PMI ACP or PMP, based on ur experience and interest level Saving Changes...
Your interest, local demands, unless you plan to relocate. These should be part of your decision making process.
PMP is an excellent choice, more general, not limited to IT. Saving Changes...
Christina in my opinion: I would go with PMP first before looking at any other certification offered by PMI if you meet the requirements. You would want to maximize the number of PDU's you can obtain by getting PMP first.
As an example: Say you decide you want to get PMI-ACP as well as PMP and you complete the PMI-ACP first and then move onto PMP you'll lose out on the 21 PDU's on offer that an PMI-ACP certification offers towards retaining you PMP certification, but if you complete the PMP first (which requires 60 PDU's over a 3 year period) and then complete PMI-ACP then you'll receive 21 Contact Hours during the PMI-ACP course for the PMI-ACP certification but you'll also be able to claim 21 PDU's towards your existing PMP certification. (PMI-ACP only requires 30 PDU's over a 3 year cycle) Saving Changes...

All are totally different certifications as you know. CSM is about an specific agile software development framework. ITIL is about to be a subject matter expert to administrate one of the layers inside the enterprise architecture (business, application, technology, security, information layers). PMP is about to administrate all initiatives that becomes projects. In my case, each time I will decide to start the effort I make my own estimation regarding future market demmands. Saving Changes...
