Hi Tam . I would really really strongly advise for you to go and have a face to face instructor led course in your city and clear most of the concepts required to give your PMP exam.
Some people do study on their own , however, it's not always possible to get a complete grasp of absolutely all the concepts
Also please try You Tube Videos by Saket Bansal from IZenBridge.
Also Please read Rita Mulcahy's Book on the PMB Test (eighth edition) and the PMBOK Guide and research online with all these questions.
You may even want to try HeadFirst ....which is an easier book to understand these concepts Saving Changes...
Hi Deepesh ! I really appreciate your advice. I did a lot of thing for my study but I missed some important because something happened, unfortunately . It is really hard to explain my situation. I want to overcome core challenges. I bought the book you said. Everyone has a different situation. I hope to get your empathy. I did purchase two boot scam course but its instruction is general, ambitious. PMI is a good instruction in my thought.
Thank you, Deepesh Saving Changes...

Tam - you need to elaborate more on these questions or the context. For example, I know what a funding limit might be and I know what a reconciliation is --- but together I have no clue what they mean - this is why we need a context. The same with the other questions that you are posting.
You might be using a resource that is not good.

Hi Tam,
Please be assured that we all have empathy for you and will try to help in whatever way we can. As Deepesh mentioned, if getting PMP certified is your objective, you need to attend some instructor-led course face to face. That gives a foundation to you learning.
You can build upon that by reading books, attending mock-exams and practicing the principles in your projects.
From my personal experience, I would suggest you to go through Headfirst PMP book as the PMI principles are explained in a simple and intuitive way in a layman's language. If you are not able to understand spend more time over a longer period of time and dont rush and attend PMP exam after few days of study.
I am happy to help you in case of any doubts

it is the aggregation of the estimated costs of individual tasks to establish a cost baseline and part of the planning process group that allows the stakeholders to determine the cost of the entire project.

Dear Tam ,
compare the planned expenditure of project funds against any limits on the commitment of funds for the project to identify any variances between the funding limits and the planned expenditures.

Dear Mounir Ajam ,
Impressive ,
A variance between the funding limits and the expenditures will sometimes necessitate the rescheduling of work to level out the load of required expenditures, which is accomplished by placing imposed date constraints for some work packages, schedule milestones, or WBS components into the project schedule. Rescheduling can impact the allocation of resources. The final product of these planning iterations will be a cost performance baseline.
