Is it necessary to memorize all the ITTO for the CAPM exam or just understand them?

I need your help with guidance to prepare for the exam so do I have to memorize all the ITTO?

You don't need to memorize them all, but you should understand why they are there, and studying them will help you to remember a lot of them.

you have Memory cards and hard disks for storage.. you must know how to implement the frameworks.

Understanding the ITTO's is what you should do. Memorizing them is not beneficial because you rarely would get a direct questions. You will get indirect questions to test your understanding of the ITTO.

You should not be memorizing knowledege of the PMBOK, all you need is to understand it.
The formula you need to master them, with a few exercice that should be know them.
Try so mock up exam, it will help you understand what you need to know. In a simulated exam you should have consistently about 80% before going for the real exam
