Hi Kristina,
You have mentioned 5 points(Probably the project is for improving these aspects?)
What about "Project High-Five" or "Project High-5" or "Project Hi-Fi"
It's really difficult to find a word summarizing all of these but here is my proposition : "PROJECT GAINING MORE". I hope it will help you. Good luck with your project. Saving Changes...

Value STEP or V-STEP Project
Sounds like an interesting initiative. Whatever you call it, good luck! Saving Changes...
Kristina - your list contains items that are inconsistent (albeit potentially related) with one another. For instance "EBIT" or "EBITDA" are calculations, while "Value" and "Transparency" are concepts. This will make coming up with a solid name difficult, especially from an acronym perspective (if that is keeping with your corp culture).
I would suggest you zero in on the overarching mission and use then come up with a visual metaphor that supports it. If the mission is to address poor visibility to data by adopting new norms and processes to increase transparency, then something like "Looking Glass" or "Picture Window" might be possible candidates.
Good luck! Saving Changes...

Project Pinnacle (or a synonym of which some are listed below)

I will go in a different way than the previous comments. Why don't you chose the name during the KickOff meeting?
With this idea, you'll involve all the team members from the first minute.
I did during different projects
1- Send an email asking for names
2- Register in a list
3- Votation during the Kickoff
4- The author of the selected name received a gift card. Saving Changes...
