People are not ‘waste’ ... But they are often engaged in ‘wasteful’ activities.
Co-workers are often heard to complain about how there is so much to do. But many of their activities do not add value.
Identifying and eliminating non-value-Steps would help people spend more time on activities that add-value.
When ‘process-change' is mentioned, we hear: "if it's not broken, don't try and fix it" ... or ... "that's the way we have always done it."
Questioning and examining Processes enables improvement. Innovating - doing things differently, creatively and adding value will help people (and the organizations that they operate) See with New Eyes!

I feel - Process is meant to simplify the work, or set a clear procedure and reduce the chaos. Once a process is set and things are streamlined, it is time to improve this process. Setting up a process is not a one time activity, but an on-going development to keep improving the productivity. Saving Changes...
