I am interested in attending the Webinars in this website. However, I don't see any instruction or button that is obvious to me to join a Webinar meeting or reserve a spot for it in advance. How can I join a Webinar from this site? Saving Changes...

Go to the top left tab on this page " Webinars" and chose "Live Webinars" then it will give you the dates and when you click on any webinar it will show you if registration is closed or open.
Many webinars are for PMI paid member so they are Premium Webinars.
You can also watch past webinars with "on-demand webinars".
Within a few days live webinars are available on-demand Saving Changes...

Just sign up and they will keep you informed. You will sign in, as instructed and will go directly to the live sessions.
