Who are the stakeholder?

In general we can answer to above question: Anyone who is involved the project.

However for more accurate we can answer Anyone who can impact/be impacted positively or negatively by the project.

You have a point but sometimes there are stakeholders with very low influence and yet they remain stakeholders that we need to consider.

The right answer (including when you have to put it into practice) is what you stated: "Anyone who can impact/be impacted positively or negatively by the project", Funny is that it can include the family of the project manager, for example. This answer will help you to indentify the stakeholders. The next step is to work on management strategies and at this point you have to idenfify the level of influence, power, interest and "what side" the stakeholder will be.

Totally agree, with the concept of stakeholders, it is important to add that communication with each of them is of the most important in the management of the project to be developed.
