Yes, you can give the customer care you card details but before that contact your bank to make sure that they release the payment.

PMI is a highly reputable organization so in my opinion, and this is my personal opinion, you are going to be just fine if you share information. At the end of the day, it is a personal preference.

Contact your bank and ask them why the payment did not go through so you know the reason. If your card has high security, the bank might block some transactions if they feel they are not right, until you call and clarify.

A credit card should have protection against fraud and unauthorized activity so if you would find an activity you would not recognize the credit card company will take care of it and you will not be responsible. If you really worrying, just let this payment go through and will clear then call your credit card company ask them to issue you new card.

Hi Alia,

Thanks for expressing your concern. My name is Marjorie and I'm a Community Engagement Specialist here with PMI, helping to manage PMI's online community, ProjectManagement.com. I can assure you that, if you reach out to Customer Care via phone to make your payment, that your credit card information is secure and payment of your exam fees will be processed promptly and securely.

If you would like, I can ask one of my colleagues from the Application Processing department to contact you directly to take care of the matter.

Feel free to inbox me here within the community if you would like further assistance.

Thank you!
