Do you make your own PM templates, if not where do you find your templates?

For the most part, I have my own set of templates that I've developed over time. I occasionally borrow parts and pieces if someone else's template has something that I like. Google comes in handy for new templates and, of course, projectmanagement.com.

Think about what is required first, then look around (here, google, etc.), find some that [generally] fit the bill, modify to suit your needs.

The templates in many cases serve for some other projects, are models that we can use, in my case I try to adjust the templates to the project that I will perform in order to comply and have better results.
