We are looking for recommendations on a new Project Management Software for our fairly large organization. It should have a project dashboard, workload manager, gantt chart, resource manager and should be able to print reports. Please let me know about the software you use and your experience with it. A lot probably depends on how your org prioritizes advanced features vs ease of adoption, but we are very happy with Smartsheet. It may not have some of the bells and whistles of the big PPM packages, but it's pretty easy to adopt and use and it checks the boxes that you listed. We've had great service from them too. I think it's worth looking at.
