Hi, one of my tasks is to organize a monthly meeting with senior managers from the business and technology. Does anyone of you have suggestions what the agend for a such a meeting could be? What I can think of is:
- Status overview of major projects
- Highlighting of issues that may impede project progress

Dear Anonymous, as part of your project status you might want to have summary columns for those triple constraints; Quality, Cost, and Time. You can provide dashboard indicators (green, yellow, red) or simply summarize any key issues or project difficulties. Sounds like you are right on track, the simpler the better.
