I have always worked in Strong matrix org and looks like almost all orgs are now definitly matrix orgs. Strong matrix are highly aggressive environments and most always the bigger ones follow that.

Previously i worked in weak matrix organization and far before that, i worked in projectized organization. Right now i work in strong matrix. I like all the organization types that i've worked, because that's depend on my role and the condition of those company. As a PM, i like projectized organization, because it is easier for me to manage.
