Earning pdus

I have attended so many on demand webinars but they are not appearing in PDU awarded. Could you please let me no why? Do I have to attend twice or logout and in to appear in PDU awarded. Thank you.

They should register automatically if you attended valid webinars. If they do not contact PMI directly. BTW it can take a while before it registers, so if you attended recently give it a few days.

If you are logging in with your PMI credentials, it should appear automatically, but will take some time. You may need to contact support if issues continue.

It usually takes at least 48 hrs for it to reflect in PMI site if you are logged in with PMI credentials
