Under the webinar you will see if the video awards any PDU's, and if you scroll down further you will see which one of the talent triangle areas it falls into (strategic, technical or leadership). There will usually be 1.0 PDU awarded against 1 of the talent triangle areas, or 0.5 PDU's awarded against 2 of the areas. The PDU will be awarded in your PMI profile automatically within a few days. If you are using your PMI credentials to log in here, the PDU's will be transferred automatically. To view credited PDU's go into your 'Account' section, and select the PDU's awarded section.
Also, if you have it set up as such, PMI will confirm awarded PDU's with emails to your preferred email address. Saving Changes...

Yes, volunteer work is free, mentoring and teaching PM in some way, so is writing articles and producing webinars and content, all can earn PDU's I believe.
