Agile is Pragmatic Approach to Project Management, is waterfall dead completely ?

Is waterfall project management approach is still relevant?

Thanks everyone for your contributions.

For the conclusion, Agile and Waterfall both the project management practices will co-exist.
Waterfall is not a substitute yet its a completely different model which is valid in industries where plan driven approach suits more than the change driven, for example Construction, Info etc..
