For me know studying the other knowledge areas the integration chapter looks more familiar and we can see, that a lot of outputs from other activities goes directly to the integration part. The only question right know is how often we go back and check if everything has been connected properly on the integration activities.

Initially, when I was writing the PMP exam, I had many questions:-) Now, I simply visualize that chapter as connecting all the other iterative processes as a whole. We need it and do it by default for any project, but when there is a whole new important chapter dedicated to it, we tend to get diverted.

Hi Carolina - great comments. As per frequency, there is no such number, it all depends on the type of project... But I can say that more frequent we address integration issues, the more proabability for success we'll have.
When I started studying the Integration knowldege area, I did not know where were the Requirements management plan and process improvement plan(components of the Project Management plan ) created, now that I have studied the other knowledge areas, I would like to know if this is the more important knowledge area ? Since it integrates the project
