We have been doing the project review for some of the key projects in our organization on a weekly basis. I want to find out what to look for during the review. This review would involve the project team and senior management team. I want to know what type of questions should we shoot across the board ? Saving Changes...

With multiple projects, and presumably limited time to discuss, I'd be looking for a few key pieces of information:
1. Schedule status: red/yellow/green
2. Budget status: red/yellow/green
(For the above, I would expect a concise explanation of any deviation from green.)
3. Major issues
4. Key achievements in last reporting period
5. Key tasks in upcoming reporting period
The last two might be negotiable, depending how much time you have to discuss.
Hope that's useful for you.

Dear Sriram, I agree with Ms. Wolf. For your consideration, listed below are some questions in sentence form very similar to Ms. Wolf's suggestions. 1) Regarding Quality, has the scope of the project been met? Has there been a change in the scope? 2) Regarding Time, have the project milestones been met? Is the project on schedule? 3) Regarding Cost, is the project on budget? 4) Regarding Risk, is the project facing technical risk, resource risk, or budget risk? 5) Regarding Overall, what is the overall project status. For each of the questions, you can employ the green/yellow/red status indicators to highlight and track your project reviews. Good luck. -- Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International Saving Changes...

Sriram,
At the client site that I am working on right now, the project review, besides things already mentioned here by Hannah and Mark, also includes deviation from the Critical Path. This is, we measure how much longer or how much sooner a module was completed from its planned date. Saving Changes...
