I am showered with a new repsonsibility to decide the Implementation procedure for Oracle Application projects.
Can anyone help me in understanding the various steps to accoplish this ?I mean, how to start abot,which document to prepare and how to decide the format .... Saving Changes...

Based on my experience of fifteen years with Oracle Applications, my advice would be that, on the one hand, you need expert help (i.e. from someone experienced in managing Oracle Apps projects) but on the other hand, all of the usual PM rules apply. If you don't get help you will be at the mercy of the project team, who will all try to convince you that Oracle projects are "special".
Starting in a PM-generic way (PID et.c.); the remainder of the project structure and approach will depend on the nature of the business and the suite of applications to be deployed. There's a big difference between implementing "vanilla" applications and processes compared to a full blown business transformation programme supported by the applications.
