What is the utility of subscribing to the Project Management Institute?

For someone that is planning to write a PMP, they will have member discount for exam fee. Also great resource and a ton of articles, attend PMI chapters/events etc.

The benefits are quite clear, the decision, though, is determined on if the benefits fulfill ones specific needs. That said, if those benefits are not leveraged, then it is not worth it. For me personally, it has proven valuable, and I will continue to renew my membership each year.

You will find Cheikh that the discount you get on your PMP exam is greater than the PMI membership.

Your PMI membership will include the PM network magazine, as well as the Project Management Journal. You will have access to premium content in this community: deliverables, on-demand webinars, ...
