I´m looking for some guidance, reference materials and/or templates regarding what we call a "Pre-ERP project". The objectives are:
1- Identify the best vendor/provider for an ERP solution (some of them are already named);
2- Estimate costs, schedule and risks for an ERP migration, having in mind the best vendor/solution;
3- This must be done in a very short period of time, and will be used only as a "GO / NO GO" documentation (Migrate in a near future / Keep the current solution).
I do not have a lot of experience regarding ERP projects, so any answers to this thread will be very appreciated. Saving Changes...
