As far as managing a company, I would recommend utilizing a Business Plan or Business Model Canvas (the canvas for quickly changing industries).
Make sure you hire slowly and fire quickly. Also make sure that you foster an environment of trust and team work. I've been in multiple businesses and it might sound cliche, but culture really is at the foundation of any business.
I'd also recommend examining competitors in your space and seeing what they do (both good and bad).
Find strong vendor partners and continue to cater to the requirements of your customers, not just what you think they want or need.
Identify your key activities and create value propositions and statements that help customers clearly understand what you do, why, and how.
As far as project management goes, be proactive with all problems, but don't be afraid to delegate to address these types of concerns.
If there's anything else specific you'd like to discuss I'm always hear to chat. Mind you I'm still young in the world but have gone through an MBA program, I'm a PMP, and inbound marketing certified as well and have experience working with multiple executive teams and conducting not just operational and tactical, but also strategic planning.
Hope this helps. Saving Changes...
