PSM Vs CSM

Which certification is better? Professional Scrum Master(PSM) or Certified Scrum Master(CSM). As per analysis PSM Level 1, 2 & 3 are there. One has to take 3 exams to complete. whereas CSM only one exam for getting certification.

My CSM gets me noticed by recruiters seeking Project Managers with Agile ex, so I'm sticking with that.

CSM is gold standard of scrum certifications. As ScrumAlliance have clear path and continuous learning requirements similar to PMI.

I wouldn't call CSM a "gold standard". It might be the best known, and the one with the most certified folks, but it doesn't prove anything beyond your having taken a two day course and passed an exam.

Higher level certifications from ScrumAlliance or Scrum.org would be closer to a true Gold Standard.

I've met many folks who hold a CSM that I would never let near a team...
