Siebel Project Manager Job Posting

Job Description: Need a strong Siebel Project Manager. Will be responsible for leading a team of 4 developers, 1 architect and 1 Systems Analyst and reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Underwriting. Will be initially responsible for the enhancements and modifications to the existing Siebel 7 Sales system. Responsible for meeting with end-users to understand the business need and gathering requirements. Will be working with the Director to develop business cases in order to get approved budget. Will not ultimately be responsible for managing the Siebel budget but will be working with the Director to get projects approved financially on a case by case basis. No PMO, no standards or matrix'. Continual process of product management- the product being Siebel.

$105,000.00

Technical skills: (Prioritize importance most to least) Must have been a PM on a min of 2 full Siebel implementations. Must have 8+ years PM experience Must have solid technical knowledge of Siebel technology. Must have been an internal Siebel PM instead of just consulting assignments.
Other skills: (management experience, communication skills, problem solving skills, presentation skills, multi-tasking, etc.) Solid Communication Self Starter Time Management skills between business customer and technical needs of the project Must be able to see the "Big
Picture" implications of a decisions both technical and functional
