Hi I have a 3 year bachelor degree plus 2 year MBA degree from distance education. I am also in the process of getting my 35 PDUs Total professional experience I have is 11 years. Now my question is should I go for 3 year degree + 7500 hours + 35PDUs OR 3+2 years education +4500 hours + 35PDUs? Please help.

Go with 3+2 years EDU + 4500 hr + 35 PDUs..its better to put your highest education
credentials. Frankly speaking since you are eligible for PMP it doesn't
matter which option you select. Better to have your complete profile in PMI.

^I'd pretty much agree with that. A Bachelor degree is considered as 4-year.

Requirements:

Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)
7,500 hours leading and directing projects
35 hours of project management education

OR

Four-year degree
4,500 hours leading and directing projects
35 hours of project management education

You definitely can go with 4 Years + 4,500 - Both of your degrees count.

Use our latest educational experience. I wrote my thesis in PM and got enough PDU's through that to renew the new PDU cycle.
