Hi all, I am looking to improve a development shop and was hoping I could pick the collective brains of Gantthead.
Before I start 'improving' the development shop, does anyone know of any metrics that I could refer to to baseline what a 'good' shop looks like.
At this point I am not concerned whether the metrics are tactical (SLOC, FP, etc) or strategic (time to market, quality, etc), but would strongly appreciate any guidance that you can give. Thanks in advance, Andy Saving Changes...
