These questions correspond to the different types of the project delivery methods; Design Bid Build (DBB), CM @Risk, Integrated Project Delivery, and Design Build (DB). You can choose to answer one or all of them, based on your knowledge, experience and obviously how much time do you have.

I’ll use your answers to develop a summary report about the pros and cons of each type of delivery methods for academic research. This can help our students and other professionals in the industry to use your experience and learn from it.
