You can create courses in Udemy, that's probably the fastest and cheapest way. Unless you want to self host (with a platform like Thinkific behind you), then you are looking at more money.

That's a pretty broad question, Tam. As Sante alludes to, there are a lot of possibilities and considerations.

Have you read PMBOK or PRINCE2? Either can guide you along the path of your vision.
