Has anyone found the link to download the digital copy of the English version of the PMBOK Guide, 6th edition?

The PMI web site states it should be available today.

I pre-ordered a copy of the PMBOK6 companion book, Agile Practice Guide.

This is very interesting. I just downloaded my copy and noticed that it downloads with it the Agile Practice Guide. Is it one book now and part of the exam ?
Because of another thread, I've submitted the question to PMI. Of course, PMI-ACP was creaed in 2014 with whatever material existed then.

My question is whether the ACP exam will be modified to incorporate contents from the new APG.

I will share the results once I get an answer.

Yes ACP will change. If you go to the same link:

https://www.pmi.org/pmbok-guide-standards/...k/sixth-edition

On the right hand side, this is what is written:

"The Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exams will be updated in Q1 and Q2 2018 to correspond to the release of the PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition and the Agile Practice Guide."

I am not sure however, if the APG will be part of the new PMP exam or not.

I see your point. It looks written on purpose to show the PMP exam will be updated to PMBOK6 and ACP to APG.

But it still leaves the option to make the PMP exam an Agile-PMBOK combo.

Yeap, I have some friends asking about the APG and certifications. As far as I remember the test will not change yet...let's wait to see what PMI said

Which would be totally ok. Agile can't be a separated topic in PM...

If Agile in integrated in PMP exam, why go for the ACP? What about older PMP certification, pre 2018!

Why did you go for the PMI-RMP, Vincent?

I suspect that agile will have a small part of the PMP exam. Those who wish to position themselves as agile experts, can take the PMI-ACP which will focus primarily on agile.
