Hi, i am a civil engineer with the focus on project management. I am PMP certified by PMI and I want to go further. What is the best next step to do to strengthen my management skills. What about lean six sigma?

Vithal, Agile is an approach that PMI has included in the sixth edition of PMBOK. I think the recession made the construction industry very fragile. Many projects were canceled or put on ice.As a result, many construction companies in order to be more flexible and able to reduce the future risk, they are obliged to invest in agile and risk management, so as the process of changing the organization strategy will become much easier and successful. I believe, with this view angle, that ACP & RMP are the most appropriate certificate to serve these purposes.
