Hi Saket,
I really enjoyed watching your video. Very good comments your are making there. Agree with you on the Life Cycle section. I am personally very glad to read that the Agile Practise does cover the need for hybrid scenarios. Something I experience in my projects and also the SAPActivate approach embraces hybrid scenarios. Yor are very right in highlighting that some sections in the practise guide are "pointers" to some other material studying needs in order to fully understand the whole context. Your video is a very nice introduction overview prior to start reading the Practise Guide.
Excellent job! Thank you!

Thank you, Saket. It comes down to flexibility in selecting the right approach to the job at hand. I pre-ordered my copy, hope to receive it soon. Although I downloaded the PDF version, I look forward to the hard copy version.

Thanks for sharing this, Saket!

The Agile Practice Guide is a very good start. Hopefully as it evolves through continued collaboration between PMI and the Agile Alliance it doesn't suffer from the bloating which has plagued the PMBOK Guide.

It would be ideal if there had been more coverage of application of agile practices to non-technology work streams as well as more emphasis on the criticality of senior and middle management support for agile transformation.
