I need to assess the risk of running all systems (that support the business in live production) from the BCP(or DRS) site for one week. There is a list of about 30 systems that will need to be configured to do this. We have started a fact finding mission to understand for each of the 30 systems how feasible it is to replicate production from the BCP site, the limitations and issues involved. I plan to use this information to assess the risk of the project but am struggling to find an objective and effective method. The risk assessment will then we used to make a decision on whether we should go ahead with the test. Does anyone know of a good way? Thanks. Saving Changes...
