My boss asked me to help our PMO Manager with a change management approach for an internal project. I will greatly appreciate any presentation you can share with me.

Rodrigo, as I've read the comments and your replies, a few questions have percolated for your consideration.
Many books discuss either strategic change management or tactical change management. Where on that spectrum does organizational change management fit in your situation? From your brief comments, I don't know if you work in the PMO or your boss sits above your department and the PMO and wants you to assist from outside the PMO. What kind of change does your boss want? The range of changes includes Changes:
1- in the PMO's change management process
2- in the organization's processes for managing change related to projects
3- to the organization's culture, org structure, strategy
4- or ___?
After you have answers to the above questions, then you know which resources apply to your assignment.
Good LUCK, remember LUCK as an acronym means “Laboring Under Correct Knowledge”. Jim Saving Changes...
