Yes, the best projects are the ones that continuously being value well after the project has concluded, and some of the best of these type of projects are socially oriented.

As project manager, with all my due respect, you have not think about it feels or not. You have to think about to get the objective because the project has been created. That´s all. I you do not think or feel in that way then you will not help to the organization that creates the social project.

It indeed is rewarding. I am planning to come up with one regarding providing education to the ones that cannot afford. It needs a lot of support though, but right now just in the phase of brainstorming.

My view is very much like Sergio. The best thing you can do to is deliver the project results and help your stakeholders become better leaders.
