About configuration plan, where would be a template or real example about it?

Do you mean a Configuration Management Plan?
I am used to have a Configuration Management Plan that describes how to establish a traceability management approach applicable in ERP implementation/development project and application management projects. Such document will help to establish the traceability within the development main build, during application management and navigate within the software engineering process and the applied tools for assuring adequate consistency between the configurable items, the requirements and the test items.
You can find templates via internet search to get started.

Trying to add something to great comment from Peter, you can find IEEE standards with lot of templates to be used in quit different type of projects inside them. But as Peter mentioned you have to take into consideration if you are talking about project configuration management plan or not.
