Greetings!

I've only been able to find a few options for Program/Programme Management certification. Is anyone out there aware of any others?

• AgilePgM –Agile Programme Management

Axelos
• MSP Foundation
• MSP Practitioner

PMI
• PgMP – Program Management Professional

Agile Programme Management has no sense. For example, I am a senior program manager in Pepsico and I am managing at the same time programs that use predictive life cycle models, programs that use adaptive life cycle models and programs that use both. So, what am I? (please do not answer, hehehehe). The Axelos approach is interested and I have to use it when I worked with projects in UK. It is an interesting approach mainly because is linked to MoV and MoP two things that, in my personal opinion, must be added to PMIs approach. PgMP has no sense and I think in the future (personal opinion) it will be retired. In fact, Pepsico offered to pay the certification to me but I think the certification do not add value (once again, my personal opinion so I could be wrong).

Yes I agree about Agile Programme Management. I have my MSP certification and the entire essence of the approach is iterative and agile so it seems quite redundant to say agile programme management. There doesn't seem to be any other options in the marketplace that I could find. MSP and PgMP are the most popular. Personally I've found Axelos to be much more logical in their approach than PMI in both Project Management and Programme Management. I hope to tackle MoP, MoR and MoV shortly.
