Examples of positive risk?

Can anyone give me some examples of positive risk on projects please? I have one example that I use all the time: a website that is more popular than expected and gets loads more hits than planned. I'm not even sure that's a great example. What else can I use when I'm talking to stakeholders and my team about positive risk? Thanks!

In a program of oil field development, the low hanging fruit is the 1st one to be developed and made commercially developed. While this benefit is being realized by the organization and the corresponding capability is also being enjoyed, the opportunity (positive risk) to test the next lower hanging fruit ( i.e. another oil reservoir) with the available oil and gas plant is an example.

Any project is considered a risk venture, subject to success (positive) or failure (negative), in terms of various factors, for instance but not limited to capital investment, serviceability, and accomplishment, but once successfully completed it turns into positive risk worth venture...
