Writing a business case

Hi all

I am begining to put together a business case in order to bring about some changes, I will include options and costs but do I need to include anything else

I have found that different organisations use of "Business Case" can fall into different areas of the project lifecycle.

If the business case is to initiate a project to allow feasibility to occur then covering risks, outcomes and impacts, benefits, stakeholders and governance would be needed.
