What, behavior and skills, in your opinion, make a Scrum Master outstanding?

I'm looking for details about what makes good Scrum Masters really stand out from the crowd. Any examples you can provide would be helpful.

- to help people to help themselves
- authentic behavior and honest communication
- provide the team a safe and fair team environment, allow room for self reflection
- establish clear targets, roles and responsibilities
- less direct and control - more delegation of tasks and trust in people capabilities

A true master of the Scrum process. Having the ability to tailor their support of the team and guidance regarding agile delivery based on team maturity and context of the project. Beyond that, as Anton said, servant-leadership!
