I am new here and am very happy to have found this community of project managers. Actually I am at the end of a training in Master Pro in IT Project Management (Gestion des projets informatique) at the university of Douala and I want to work on a research topic in the field of projects management but I have almost no idea of a topic. I am actually on internship at Union bank of Cameroon in the IT department and will like to work on a project concerning the banking sector if i get a topic concerning that sector Or any other topic. I Would be greatful if i get some suggestions? thank you.

perhaps on how PMs on bank projects are able to balance regulatory and control requirements with delivering their projects efficiently and in a timely manner?
A further research topic of high interest could be how banks organize programs/ projects for the digital transformation within the banking scetor. Saving Changes...
