Hi,

I am in Software field for few years. But i had minimum knowledge Over Project Management and manily Terminology they use. Becoz i am working with small company, i don't have chance to get expsore to PM. We simply design and develop & don't follow any process.

My Question is,
Where i can get simple step by step info on Software Proj. Development.?
What is CMMI Level and how it used in Developing Projects?
What is Supply Chain Management Level and how it used in Developing Projects?

Apart from these, other terminology that used in PM. i.e before starting coding Process upto end of testing and deployment.

Thanks
