Lily, the fastest way I know of building scenarios is to map out the core cross functional workflows and then map into those how the ERP will be used to improve and leverage those efforts. Hi Michael, I have been working with business process re-design in the mortgage industry and we've been having a hard time to find a good methodology to document the current business process and propose a future business scenario. So far, we've been using only cross-functional flowcharts, supported by structured narratives. I would be very happy if I could get some insights from your book on process improvement.
