Since the demand has been so high I have decided to extend my free book offer to members of gantthead. So here is the deal. You send me your postal address and a quick blurb about what PI projects you are involved in and I will mail you out a copy of my book "The Helix Factor - The key to streamling your business processes" as long as my supplies last. Simple enough? No strings attached. Just a way of saying thank you to all you folks out there that help to make gantthead a success.
Cheers

Hallo Michael. Many thanks for the kind offer of your book. I just had a look on Amazon and there are some nice reviews. My interest is a little different in that I have just come off of a project which failed to implement BPM successfully and it has been an unpleasant experience. My current duties involve working towards the selection and implementation of a replacement patient administration system with the Department of Health and Human Services. I'm based in Australia and my address is PO Box 7598, Launceston, Tasmania, 7250, Australia.

Ian, a book is on its way to you. Meanwhile if you will send me your email address I can send you back the PowerPoint slides I use in my week long workshop on BPI.
One thing about BPI and BPM initiatives they tend to be either great or miserable failures. This is usually because there is a right way and a wrong way to do them and there are more wrong ways than right ways out there. Hope the material helps
