Is there a SAAS, PAAS, or Open Source software that OCRs uploaded invoices

We are trying to identify a Monitoring and Targeting Software Application (SAAS, PAAS, open source, other) that incorporates Statistical analysis software into financial management that can be accessed by users by password protected web or mobile login.
We need to upload 10,000 invoices per month and capture the following for each invoice:
Company Name: data
Bill To: data
Ship To: data
The following invoice data:
- Description
- Quantity
- Unit price
- Amount
- Invoice Total
After automatic analysis of the above data from the upload 10,000 invoices per month, manually input data (by the 10,000 Users) is automatically analyzed.
The Users can access the analysis by password protected web or mobile login (ideally in real-time), view what top performers are doing.
The Users can receive incentive notifications:
- Over performing users can be alerted and incentivized
- underperforming users can be quickly identified and remedial action taken
