What are the main differences between Project Manager and Portafolio Manager ?

The latter focuses on selecting, prioritizing and re-evaluating the right projects whereas the former focuses on delivering those projects right.

First....it's spelled "Portfolio".....
and secondly, it's surprising to see that a lot of people don't understand the difference. But then again, the sizing of the company plays a factor in it.
